We are currently looking to fill the position of an Ad Operations Supervisor to help in driving and optimize this vision through excellent operational efficiency.
Operational Efficiency & Planning
- Coordinate site preparation ensuring that all modifications integrate effectively and does not intrude with the landscape, topography or ground connectivity
- Obtain regulatory approvals, including tracking and reviewing applications and presentations to government agencies.
- Coordinate inspection process, ensuring that all necessary information required for the space and platform erection is effectively covered.
- Work closely with artisans and third-party vendors to effectively coordinate site development activities
- Establish a robust Vendor management plan, identifying relevant service providers, for cost negotiations and timely delivery of tasks.
- Oversee the daily operations of identified sites and ensure project scope is clearly defined and understood
- Ensure proper monitoring of sites to mitigate against thefts and disruption of site outlook
- Maintain an active database detailing project progress, timelines, and action plans to ensure efficiency in the process.
- Ensure fabrication efforts align with the brand objectives, positioning and brand vision
- Ensure overall compliance with operational policies, timelines and established procedures and practice
- Maintain proper inventory information and ensure that all platforms are properly accounted for
- Maintain a database to track and report all costs associated with site preparation, fabrication, permits and ensure reimbursable expenses are billed, collected, and reconciled
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure OOH copies are creative and reflective of Strada’s brand
- Serve all stakeholders according to established SLAs, timing, and expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business Analytics, Business Administration/Management, course from an accredited University
- 5-8 years working experience involving site preparation, vendor management
- Professional experience delivering successful project operations in a media, commercial or advertising company
- Consumer Marketing & Strategy/Market Research/Analytics/Intelligence & Segmentation
- Digital Business content, entertainment, payment, financial services, online and mobile business models, social products, platforms, & consumer technology.
- Project/ Management/Agile & waterfall methods, UX
- Experience liaising with government & regulatory agents
