Partner Support Services Manager (Full Time)

Our company boasts of the largest and most innovative alternative media platforms / network in Nigeria. We are currently looking to fill the position of a Partner Support Services Manager to drive and optimize this vision. The role requires an experienced, resourceful, and creative partner services manager with experience in building, nurturing and retaining key relationships especially in the Media industry. The preferred candidate for this role will be one who can quickly spot viable and profitable opportunities and close such opportunities for mutual benefits.

Strategy

  • Develop and implement the roadmap for onboarding and maintaining partner and partner relationship in our target segment (HNI’s, upper middle class, middle class and lower class/ mass market)

Integrated Marketing

  • Develop the product vision viz a viz the target segment and bring the vision to reality for the brands we represent
  • Identify the customer needs and larger business objectives and aggregate products that will articulate and deliver these results
  • Position the company as a partner for delivering specific business results for new entrants or existing brands that desire more profitable channels for visibility
  • Collaborate with peers across other media tactics to ensure that we maintain an optimal media portfolio and that relevant innovations are shared
  • Work closely with the operations and creative team to balance the look and feel of selected products and ensure alignment with the brand persona
  • Work closely with the design/creative team and architects to all prototypes bring the clients vision to reality
  • Develop an integrated marketing model and provide thought leadership to drive/inform long term strategy and vision
  • Effectively manage external aggregator partners to drive results
  • Monitor effectiveness of aggregator strategies and investments on a daily/weekly/monthly cadence and proactively execute changes to improve results

Market Research

  • Monitor market indices, industry trends and competitive trends that impact the space and leverage this to understand, present and even forecast user needs
  • Conduct thorough and in-depth market research on the features and capabilities of each product/platform and ensure each solution can help prospects achieve their business goals
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers particularly HNI’s and upper middle-class segments
  • Scan the market for customers that fall within the company’s target segment and provide consultative services, thereby bringing in large accounts to the business
  • Create and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations that address the core business issues and opportunities faced by the prospect
  • Ensure most sought-after product aggregates are always available and displayed on website and other digital channels
  • Regularly review performance indicators, such as sales and purchase of certain types of products and report same to executive management.
  • Analyze consumer buying patterns, predict future trends and develop corresponding promotional strategies to executive management, the digital team and marketing team;
  • Provide ideas and promotional insights to the digital and marketing team that will ensure frequent patronage.
  • Keep abreast of new companies coming into the country and position the business as the right partner for delivering solid business results
  • Maintain an inventory of existing and returning customers, measurability and business results to drive more business development, recognition and loyalty
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and third-party partners/agents that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers
  • Participate in promotional activities and events organized by our target segments
  • Keep track of all inventory and assets and ensure all parties manage the assets accordingly

Relationship Management

  • Maintain an inventory of existing and returning customers, measurability and business results to drive more business development, recognition and loyalty
  • Maintain great relationship with customers and train team members to uphold the same behavior to enhance customer experience, drive referrals and return business
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and third-party partners/agents that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers
  • Participate in promotional activities and events organized by our target segments

Inventory Management

  • Keep track of all inventory and assets and ensure all parties manage the assets accordingly Perform other duties as may be required

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight (8) years progressive experience in project management, product management, platform sales, integrated marketing required with emphasis in advertising organizations, an ecommerce store, luxury retail company, consumer goods, home goods or other similar industries
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any marketing or any Social Science course from an accredited University
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory and people management skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability and dependability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization and management skills;
  • Delivery on work targets; quality and timeliness of delivery;

  • Ability to manage time and thrive effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Cross-departmental project coordination and planning experience will be a plus
